Typical workflow

Here is the typical workflow for an attorney on ExpertMD:

Find a medical expert

Browse the platform or receive a referral link from a medical expert. Submit an intake request through their form.

Expert reviews your request

The doctor reviews your intake request and accepts or declines. If accepted, a case is created.

Collaborate on the case

Upload documents, schedule appointments, add collaborators, and communicate through the case.

Receive and pay invoices

The doctor sends you invoices for their services. Review the itemized breakdown and pay online.

Complete the engagement

When the case is resolved, the doctor marks it complete. All documents and records remain accessible.
