Typical workflow

Here is the typical workflow for a doctor on ExpertMD:

Set up your intake form

Configure your vanity URL and share it with attorneys or on your website.

Review intake requests

Attorneys submit requests through your intake form. Review each request and accept or reject it.

Manage the case

Accepted requests become cases. Upload documents, schedule appointments, and add notes.

Create and send invoices

Create itemized invoices for your services. Send them to the attorney via email with a payment link.

Receive payouts

Once the attorney pays, funds are deposited to your Stripe Connect account minus the 2% platform fee.
